Located at Apex Recreation Center, this seven-part series that that offers support for parents of children with ADHD. This series explores topics such as remaining calm and connected, improving communication, encouraging collaboration, achieving clarity and consistency, enforcing consequences and making better choices.

While there is a range of support available for children, parents often struggle to know how to help. I prioritize supporting parents and teachers with education, tips, tools and strategies to help families tackle challenges together and learn how to help your child build resiliency, flexibility, grit, and perseverance.
